现阶段礼仪教学已成为高职教育中的重要组成部分,这使高职教育对礼仪教师的要求也在逐渐增加,礼仪教师只有具有良好的人格魅力才能保证高职礼仪教学的质量。现阶段我国教育制度要求高职教育全面施行素质教育,而高职教师的个人素质对素质教育有着直接影响,高职礼仪教师只有不断塑造高尚的道德情操,才能在高职礼仪教育中不断提升自己的人格魅力,从而使高职礼仪教师可以更好的服务于高职礼仪课程教学。本文就高职礼仪教师人格魅力的表现特征及作用进行分析,探讨新时期高职礼仪教师应通过哪些措施提升自身人格魅力。
