在目前激烈的市场竞争中,中国航空维修企业既要面对国内外同行的竞争,又要面对OEM的技术封锁。除了进一步压缩维修保障工作中航材、生产、采购等方面的固定成本,海航航空技术有限公司将目光转向技术创新,期望利用技术创新提升市场竞争力,最终达到节约成本、实现盈利的目标。海航技术成立了专门的创新委员会,引导和扶持各部门开展创新工作。目前海航技术已顺利完成多个创新项目,获得多项国家技术专利,其中有多项产品填补了国内自主研发的空白。2013
