跨栏是一项对技术、体能要求都非常高的运动项目,青少年运动员在练习跨栏运动时,为能在高速跑动过程中顺利的跨越每个栏架,就必须保证运动员的力量、速度、柔韧等素质具有“跨栏”的特殊要求。本文结合青少年身心发育基本规律,设计了具有跨栏专项特点的体能训练方法,以此为跨栏运动的发展打下良好的基础。 Hurdling is a sport that requires very high technical and physical fitness.
