现如今,化学分析技术得到了稳步发展,对磷矿石的分析通常运用仪器的办法及化学分析法,磷矿石的浮选流程样的分析离不开X射线荧光仪。在实际浮选分析磷矿石的过程中,浮选原矿后,成为精矿及尾矿,流程样品便采用压片法进行。然而,借助于X射线荧光仪这一办法在某些时候所得到的结果存在不精确现象,需再对工作曲线加以矫正,因为荧光仪的测量存在基体效应、颗粒效应和矿物效应等诸要素的影响,为此,可依靠熔片法消除,相比之下,通过熔片法分析荧光更为精确。
