用荧光分光光度法测定原油中所含阴离子表面活性剂.实验表明,此方法灵敏度高,检出限低,尤其有很强的选择性,适合于复杂体系的测定.对复杂的石油体系经过分离处理后,即可直接测定,相对标准偏差为1.7%,回收率97.1%~101.7%.
Determination of Anionic Surfactant in Crude Oil by Fluorescence Spectrophotometry. Experiments show that this method has high sensitivity, low detection limit, especially strong selectivity, suitable for the determination of complex systems. The complex petroleum system after separation treatment, can be directly measured, the relative standard deviation of 1.7%, the recovery rate of 97.1% ~ 101.7%.
