本文对中小企业集群这种产业组织形式的稳定性进行了简要分析,并结合中小企业集群发展过程中存在的普遍问题,指出中小企业集群的持续发展需要依靠集群内企业自身的发展,集群内部与外部联系的畅通以及政府部门的推动作用。
