以杨木为试材,以不饱和聚酯树脂为改性剂,采用真空浸渍方法,研究了木材改性对杨木湿胀率、干缩率和吸水率的影响。结果表明:杨木经过改性后,湿胀性、干缩性明显提高且径向尺寸稳定性提高率大于弦向,吸水率显著降低,杨木的尺寸稳定性得到提高。不饱和聚酯树脂改性剂对杨木的尺寸稳定性具有明显的改良效果。
Using poplar as test material and unsaturated polyester resin as modifier, the effect of wood modification on the expansion rate, shrinkage rate and water absorption rate of poplar wood was studied by vacuum impregnation method. The results showed that after the wood was modified, the swelling and shrinkage properties of poplar increased obviously, and the rate of radial dimensional stability improvement was larger than that of the chord direction. The water absorption rate was significantly reduced and the dimensional stability of poplar wood was improved. Unsaturated polyester resin modifier has obvious improvement on the dimensional stability of poplar.
