使用普通~(13)C-NMR及DEPT-~(13)C-NMR、~(13)C-~1H correlation(2D)NMR、~1H-~1H cosy(2D)NMR等核磁共振新技术对整体月光花素甲进行结构分析,确定月光花素甲是一种含有四个6-去氧己醛糖和两个甙元的酯类糖甙物质。第一个甙元已于1980年确定下来,本文报道第二个甙元的结构是2-甲基-3-羟基戊酸。
A new nuclear magnetic resonance technique such as normal ~ (13) C-NMR and DEPT- ~ (13) C-NMR, ~ 13 C ~ 1H correlation (2D) NMR, ~ 1H ~ 1H NMR (2D) The structural analysis of the whole Moonflower A was carried out to confirm that the Moonflower A was an ester glycoside containing four 6-deoxyhexandructose and two aglycones. The first aglycone was established in 1980, and the second aglycone reported here is 2-methyl-3-hydroxyvaleric acid.
