言语行为理论由英国哲学家奥斯汀提出,后历经哲学家塞尔的发展和完善,最终成为语言学研究领域中的一个重要理论。它的提出和发展对语言学特别是语用学的发展产生了巨大影响,具有重要的哲学研究意义。本文介绍了奥斯汀和塞尔言语行为理论的语言哲学基础、对言语行为的分类以及塞尔的间接言语行为理论,分析并总结了言语行为理论对语言学研究的重要意义。
Speech act theory was proposed by Austen, a British philosopher. The development and perfection of post-philosopher Searle eventually became an important theory in the field of linguistics. Its proposing and development have a tremendous influence on the development of linguistics, especially pragmatics, which has important philosophical significance. This paper introduces the language and philosophical basis of Austin and Searles behavior theory, the classification of speech acts and Searls indirect speech act theory, analyzes and summarizes the importance of speech act theory to linguistic research.
