目的:分析门诊抗菌药物的不合理用药现象,促进门诊抗菌药物的合理使用。方法:抽取2011年7月呼吸内科门诊处方644张,其中使用抗菌药物处方共388张,统计抗菌药物不合理用药处方,进行点评分析。结果:门诊抗菌药物不合理用药处方360张,占抗菌药物处方总数的92.78%。不合理用药的问题主要有:诊断不合理、无指征用药、药物选择不当、给药剂量不合理、给药方案不合理等。结论:我院门诊处方抗菌药物的使用,必须高度重视,加强管理。
Objective: To analyze the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs in outpatient clinics and to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in outpatients. Methods: 644 outpatient respiratory medicine prescriptions were drawn from July 2011, including 388 antibacterial prescriptions. The prescriptions of irrational antibacterial drugs were counted and analyzed. Results: Outpatient antimicrobial drugs irrational prescription 360, accounting for 92.78% of the total number of antibacterial drugs. The main problems of irrational drug use are: unreasonable diagnosis, no indications, improper drug selection, irrational dosage, unreasonable dosage regimen and so on. Conclusion: The use of prescription antibiotics in our hospital must attach great importance to strengthen management.
