在对一栋满足节能65%设计标准的住宅进行逐时能耗分析的基础上,得出间歇运行的最大热负荷约为连续运行时的3倍,但是连续运行和间歇运行的累计耗热量分别为39.4 kW·h/(m~2·a)和33.6kW·h/(m~2·a),建议地源热泵尽量采用连续运行的方式。分析实际项目的装机容量和土壤温度逐年变化情况,所调研的住宅1第一年土壤计算温降为1.81℃,实际温降为1.9℃。提出为了避免土壤温度逐年降低,可采用具有分区补热功能的跨季节蓄热空气源-土壤源复合式系统。
