目前,虽然医疗改革工作不断深化,但由于种种原因,医疗费用特别是医院用药水平不断提高,药品费用加大,患者看病贵、看病难的问题仍十分突出。在新医疗改革的实践中,大力推动基本药物制度,并在虚高的药品价格回归正常方面,起到积极的作用。人们逐渐认识到,强化推广基本药物制度,是解决看病贵、看病难的重要方法之一。
At present, despite the continuous deepening of medical reform, due to various reasons, the medical expenses, especially the rising level of hospital medication, the increase in the cost of medicine, and the difficulty of seeing a doctor are still outstanding.
