INTRODUCTION With the deepening development of science and technology, optical radiation measurement has been extended from the narrow range of applications in the past to all aspects of scientific research, military affairs and social production and life. To develop high-precision optical measurement instruments, the first involves the relative spectral sensitivity of photodetectors measurement and matching techniques. Photodetection devices are an extremely important sensor in photometry, chromaticity and other radiation measurements. Matching spectral characteristics of optoelectronic devices is one of the important means to improve the measurement accuracy of photometric chromaticity radiation instrument.
