上皮生长因子(EGF)和转移生长因子(TGFα)是两种调节胃上皮细胞生长的因子。EGF/TGFα的mRNA已用免疫定位于胃腺上皮细胞。它们可能以局部或旁分泌方式作用于邻近的胃粘膜细胞。另外一些资料显示,胰岛素或胰岛素样生长因子在刺激胃肠道生长中起直接的或允许作用。
Epithelial growth factor (EGF) and metastatic growth factor (TGFa) are two of the factors that regulate the growth of gastric epithelial cells. EGF / TGF [alpha] mRNA has been immunolocalized to gastric glandular epithelial cells. They may act locally or paracrinely on adjacent gastric mucosal cells. Other data show that insulin or insulin-like growth factor plays a direct or a role in stimulating gastrointestinal growth.
