卢××,男,6岁,住院号171372。患儿于1982年12月上旬某晚玩稻草,次日见右眼红、流泪、有异物感。半月后,右眼症状加重,自以消炎眼药水滴眼,未见好转。1983年元月中旬,右眼充血较甚,睑裂内上方长出鲜红色圆形肉芽块而转诊我科。入院检查:T36.5℃,P98次/分,R20次/分.全身查体未见异常。胸部透视心肺膈未见异常。副鼻窦摄片未见异常.血像:RBC362万,WBC7,800, N42%％,L49％,E9％,
