目的比较不同实验室对同一种蚊虫、同一种驱避剂的药效检测结果。方法 GB/T13917.9-2009农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验与评价—驱避剂。结果甲实验室检测的A、B驱避剂平均有效保护时间分别为5.75 h、4.25 h;乙实验室检测的A、B驱避剂平均有效保护时间分别为5.50 h、4.25 h。结论实验室间的驱避药效试验结果没有显著性差异,乙实验室可以开展相关产品的药效评价。
Objective To compare the test results of different laboratories on the same mosquito and the same repellent. Laboratory efficacy test and evaluation of health insecticides for pesticide registration - repellent. Results The average effective protection time of A and B repellent in laboratory A was 5.75 h and 4.25 h, respectively. The average effective protection time of A and B repellent in laboratory B was 5.50 h and 4.25 h, respectively. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the repellent efficacy test between laboratories, and B laboratory can evaluate the efficacy of related products.
