目的 研究狂犬病新发疫源地的流行特征、动物传染源的感染状况及其在狂犬病流行中的作用等。 方法 在温州市狂犬病新发疫源地 ,采用现场流行病学调查及对疫区动物作病理学解剖和脑组织镜检观察等。 结果 2 0 0 0年 12月发生温州市首例狂犬病病例 ;其动物传染源来自狂犬病新发疫源地 ;动物传染源为犬和猫 ;从犬中检出Negri小体 ;犬中虽存在Negri小体 ,但并未发病 ,而呈隐性感染。 结论 温州市为狂犬病新发疫源地 ;检测动物Negri小体有助于狂犬病临床诊断和确定人间狂犬病疫情 ,并可监测动物中狂犬病流行 ,对预测狂犬病发病趋势和人狂犬病防制工作有重要意义。
Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of newly-infected rabies, the infection status of animal infectious origin and its role in the rabies epidemic. Methods In the new epidemic area of rabies in Wenzhou City, epidemiological investigation and pathological anatomy and brain tissue microscopic examination of the animals in the affected area were conducted. Results The first case of rabies occurred in Wenzhou City in December 2000. The source of animal infection came from the new origin of rabies. The source of infection was dogs and cats. Negri bodies were detected in dogs. Although Negri Small body, but no disease, but was latent infection. Conclusions Wenzhou City is the new origin of rabies. The detection of animal Negri body contributes to the clinical diagnosis of rabies and the determination of the human rabies epidemic, as well as to the monitoring of the prevalence of rabies in animals, which is of great significance for predicting the trend of rabies and preventing rabies. .
