齿形设计是同步器齿环(包括直齿圆柱齿轮、伞齿轮、螺伞等)精锻工艺中的关键技术。国外齿轮精锻技术在生产中应用虽然已相当广泛,但是对于齿形的具体设计方法却未见报道。本文在齿环、齿轮精锻工艺科研及生产实践中积累的经验的基础上,从理论上进行分析并给出了齿环精锻模具型腔和电极的齿形设计方法。
The toothed design is the key technology in the precision forging process of synchronizer gear ring (including spur gear, bevel gear, spiral umbrella, etc.). Although the application of gear precision forging technology in foreign countries has been quite extensive, it has not been reported for the concrete design method of tooth profile. Based on the experience accumulated in the research and production practice of gear ring and gear forging process, this paper analyzes the theory and gives the tooth profile design method for the cavity and electrode of the gear ring precision forging die.
