构建现代水网是统筹解决水资源分布不均、实现水资源可持续利用的迫切需要,是保障防洪安全、提高防洪减灾能力的迫切需要,是改善生态环境、推进生态市建设的迫切需要,是实现水利现代化的重要载体。基于此,本文将以临沂市北城片区实际为例,分析临沂市北城片区水网规划措施,以期能为以后的实际工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
