党内法规制度建设是推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的长远之策、根本之策,也是一以贯之推进党的建设新的伟大工程的长远之策、根本之策.党的十九大以来,党内法规制度建设进入快速发展期,更加成熟更加定型的党内法规制度体系正在形成,党内法规深入党心民心.党的十九届四中全会把加快形成完善的党内法规体系作为坚持和完善中国特色社会主义法治体系的重要组成部分,更加明确了党内法规制度建设在新时代的重要性和重大意义.习近平总书记指出,勇于自我革命,是我们党最鲜明的品格,也是我们党最大的优势.在新时代,必须深刻理解自我革命的丰富内涵和精神实质,深刻把握自我革命和党内法规制度建设的逻辑联系,以自我革命的精神推进党内法规制度建设.
