生活了50多年,从教30年,我有幸从父老乡亲、同事朋友、学生师长和周恩来、陶行知、汪达之及新安旅行团等凡人、名人、伟人的精神甘霖下受到灵魂的洗礼,从家史、乡史、校史和本地及外地风土人情的沃土中汲取到精神的营养,从乡村的田野和社会生活及学校的课堂里接受到文化的熏陶,从穷乡僻壤的乡土文化和中华民族的精粹文化及世界上的国际文化载体里获取到聪颖的智慧,使我得以立足本职、爱岗敬业、辛勤耕耘,在改革开放的30年中不断地成长。
