发动机附件的正常工作关系到发动机的正常工作和飞行安全,同时对飞机用户的经营效益造成直接或间接的影响。由于PA44飞机的发动机起动机在实际应用中发生故障的几率较高,选择该发动机的起动机进行可靠性分析,为维修间隔时间的调整提供参考。依据飞机维修现场收集到的起动机故障数据,利用新平均秩数据进行处理,再根据图形估计法判定故障数据服从威布尔分布,并用最小二乘法算出威布尔分布的未知参数,用K-S检验法检验故障数据服从威布尔分布的合理性。最后用计算出的起动机的平均寿命,与该发动机的实际拆换情况进行料对比,并说明可靠性分析结果的应用。
The normal operation of the engine attachments relates to the normal operation of the engine and flight safety, and at the same time it has a direct or indirect impact on the operating efficiency of the aircraft users. Due to the high probability of failure of engine starter of PA44 in practical application, the starter of this engine is selected for reliability analysis and reference for the adjustment of maintenance interval time. According to the data of starter failure collected from the aircraft maintenance site, the new average rank data is used for processing, and then the fault data are judged to obey the Weibull distribution according to the graph estimation method. The unknown parameters of the Weibull distribution are calculated by the least square method, and KS test Failure data obey Weibull distribution rationality. Finally, the calculated average life of the starter is compared with the actual disassembly of the engine, and the application of the reliability analysis results is illustrated.
