对壳程流体纵向冲刷型管壳式换热器做了壳程管隙间流道及管束边缘与壳壁间流道的流体力学分析。分析结果表明,为使管隙间流道的流体流速接近壳程平均流速,应视管隙间流道中流体阻力系数的大小而确定管束边缘阻流圈的设置条件
Longitudinal shell-shell fluid heat exchanger with shell-and-tube heat exchangers was used to analyze the fluid mechanics of flow paths between the shell-side pipe gaps and between the edge of the pipe bundles and the shell wall. The analysis results show that in order to make the fluid velocity of the flow channel close to the average flow velocity of the shell side, the setting conditions of the flow restriction ring should be determined according to the fluid drag coefficient in the flow channel between the tubes
