跳绳是一项简单易行,深受青少年喜爱的体育项目。经常练习跳绳,对于促进运动器官和内脏机能的发展有重要的作用,尤其对发展弹跳力和灵敏、协调、耐力等身体素质有显著的效果。跳绳的种类很多,有单人、双人和集体跳,有原地和跑动跳,有单摇和双摇跳,有单脚和双脚跳,还有花样跳等。跳双绳属于花样跳中难度较大的项目,其中跳双绳的技术要求更高。部分学校的体育教师曾经尝试过跳双长绳的教学,但效果不理想。
