城市交通的发展及其对生态环境的严重影响已成为社会普遍关注的问题,交通环境的生态法治建设是生态文明建设中的重要方面。交通环境生态法治建设是交通环境绿色发展的内在要求,对加快推动生态法治建设具有重要意义。文章就交通环境的生态法治建设路径进行探索,认为交通环境问题的治理应走生态法治道路,从立法、执法、司法、守法等多个层面进行规范,为我国经济社会的可持续发展提供保障。
The development of urban traffic and its serious impact on the ecological environment have become a common concern in society. The construction of an ecological legal system in the traffic environment is an important aspect of ecological civilization. Traffic Environment The construction of eco-law and rule of law is an inherent requirement of the green development of traffic environment and is of great significance to accelerating the construction of ecological law. The paper explores the construction path of ecological environment based on traffic environment. It holds that the governance of traffic environment should take the path of ecological law and rule from the aspects of legislation, law enforcement, judicature and law-abiding, so as to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of our economy and society.
