为拓宽就业渠道,帮助创业者解决创业知识和创业技能问题,降低其创业风险,实现自我成功创业,原国家劳动和社会保障部早在2001年就将SIYB的前三个创业培训模块引进我国。最初是由河北省的张家口市、内蒙古自治区的包头市、吉林省的吉林市三个城市进行该培训项目的试点,经过几年的培训实践,效果良好。到目前该项目已在全国100个大中城市进行推广,应当说SIYB已经发挥出创业促就业的积极作用,取得了较好阶段成果。但是从全局来看,这项工作开展得还很不平衡,虽然国家培训管理服务机制早已建立,但是有一些地方的管理和服务还没有完全落实到位,影响了SIYB培训品牌的良好形象和工作的健康开展,因此,应当引起主管部门的注意。
In order to broaden the channels of employment, help start-ups solve their entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills, reduce their entrepreneurial risks and realize their own successful entrepreneurship, the former Ministry of Labor and Social Security introduced SIYB’s first three entrepreneurial training modules to China as early as 2001. Initially, the pilot project was conducted in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Jilin City, Jilin Province. After several years of training, the project has achieved good results. Up to now, the project has been promoted in 100 large and medium-sized cities across the country. It should be said that SIYB has played a positive role in promoting employment through entrepreneurship and has achieved relatively good results. However, from an overall perspective, this work is still not well balanced. Although the national training management service mechanism has been established long ago, some local administrations and services have not yet been fully put in place, affecting the good image and work of the SIYB training brand Health, therefore, should attract the attention of the competent authorities.
