目的研究苦参鲜皮洗液的制备及质量控制方法,观察其临床疗效。方法以水蒸汽蒸馏法、水提醇沉法制备苦参鲜皮洗液,以TCL法对处方主药物成份进行定性鉴别,并对301例患者进行临床疗效观察。结果该制剂质量稳定、工艺简便可行,针对不同外阴瘙痒症,总有效率达89.5%～100%。结论苦参鲜皮洗液的制备工艺合理,临床疗效显著,未见不良反应。
Objective To study the preparation and quality control of Sophora flavescens skin lotion and observe the clinical curative effect. Methods The crude drug of Sophora flavescens was prepared by steam distillation and water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. The TCL method was used to identify the main drug components of the prescription and the clinical efficacy of 301 patients was observed. Results The quality of the preparation was stable and the process was simple and feasible. The total effective rate was 89.5% ~ 100% for different genital pruritus. Conclusion Sophora flavescens skin lotion preparation process is reasonable, clinical efficacy was significant, no adverse reactions.
