中国正处在快速城市化进程中。交通是现代大城市发展过程中极其重要的要素之一。它无论对城市在区域中的地位、城市经济发展潜力和能力、城市发展规模,还是对其发展形态、结构、效率、品质和市民生活质量、环境品质等均具有至关重要的影响。在城市规划过程中,交通布局的引领作用、交通规划的主导作用日益凸显。本文首先在理论上阐述交通发展对城市整体发展的作用和影响;其次,以南京城市总体规划为例,提供一个交通引领下的城市空间战略和交通规划理论线索和实用框架;
China is in the process of rapid urbanization. Traffic is one of the most important elements in the development of modern big cities. It has a crucial impact on the city's position in the region, the potential and capability of urban economic development, the scale of urban development, and its development pattern, structure, efficiency, quality, quality of life and environmental quality. In the process of urban planning, the leading role of traffic layout, the leading role of transportation planning has become increasingly prominent. Firstly, this paper expounds the function and influence of traffic development on the overall urban development in theory. Secondly, taking the overall urban planning of Nanjing as an example, this paper provides a clues and practical framework of urban space strategy and traffic planning theory under the guidance of traffic.
