目的:探讨林蛙油对大鼠酒精性肝纤维化影响的作用及机制。方法:84只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、林蛙油组和秋水仙碱组。模型组、林蛙油组和秋水仙碱组给予白酒复制酒精性肝纤维化模型。林蛙油组以3g/kg、秋水仙碱组以0.1 mg/kg灌胃,正常对照组和模型组以等量生理盐水灌胃,连续12周,检测大鼠血清MDA、SOD和HYP含量。结果:与模型组相比,林蛙油组、秋水仙碱组的MDA和HYP含量显著降低(P<0.01);SOD活力升高(P<0.01)。结论:林蛙油通过增强机体抗氧化能力改善大鼠酒精性肝纤维化。
Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Rana sylvestris oil on alcoholic hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: Eighty-four rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Rana oil group, and colchicine group. Model group, Rana sylvatica oil group and colchicine group were given white wine to replicate alcoholic hepatic fibrosis model. Rana sylvatica oil group was administrated with 0.1 mg/kg 3 g/kg and colchicine group. Normal control group and model group were intragastrically administrated with the same amount of normal saline for 12 consecutive weeks. Serum MDA, SOD and HYP levels were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of MDA and HYP in the Rana oil group and colchicine group were significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the SOD activity was increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Rana sylvestris oil can improve alcoholic hepatic fibrosis in rats by enhancing the body’s antioxidant capacity.
