2013年重新进行新一轮的振兴老工业基地的战略与“一带一路”的战略实施齐头并进,东北地区地处丝绸之路经济带上,而“一带一路”的建设必须要语言铺路、语言人才先行。本文梳理东北地区融入“一带一路”的优势,以及非通用语种人才对振兴东北发展的必要性及非通用语种的教育现状,倡导中国传统文化的引领作用,尝试为东北地区个性化非通用语种人才培养提出建议。
The new round of re-launching the strategy of rejuvenating the old industrial base in 2013 goes hand in hand with the implementation of the “One Belt One Road” strategy. The northeast region is located on the Silk Road Economic Belt. The construction of the “Belt and Road” must be paved with words , Language talent first. This article combs the advantages of integrating the “One Belt and One Road” in Northeast China, as well as the necessity of non-linguistic talents in rejuvenating the Northeast and the current situation of education in non-linguistic languages and advocating the leading role of traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, Language talents to make recommendations.
