学习型组织管理理论很容易给人造成一种错觉,让人觉得这是一种学习理论,其实它是一种管理理论。古人云:活到老,学到老。学无止尽。可见学习并非人生的一个时段,而应终生学习。最新的学习型组织理论告诉我们,企业的竞争最终一定是学习力的竞争。企业一定要努力建立自己的学习型组织,只有这样的组织才能使企业在未来的竞争中居于不败之地。企业要致力于提高整个企业组织的素质,要努力修炼成为学习型组织,这样才能从根本上提升企业的竞争力。
Learning organization management theory can easily create an illusion, people think this is a learning theory, in fact, it is a management theory. The ancients said: live until old, learn old. study without limit. Visible learning is not a period of life, but should be lifelong learning. The latest learning organization theory tells us that the competition in the enterprise must ultimately be the competitiveness of learning. Enterprises must strive to establish their own learning organization, the only such organization can make enterprises in the future competition invincible.
