前不久,在劳动保障部劳动工资研究所举办的“学习贯彻十六大精神,深化收入分配制度改革高层研讨会”上,劳动保障部副部长王东进指出,深化收入分配制度改革,既是当务之急,又是一项长期的任务。要按照十六大确定的收入分配制度改革的理论、原则和措施,针对收入分配面临的形势,深入研究收入分配制度改革的思路、方案和步骤,并重点从三个方面推进收入分配制度改革。
