Recently, people are increasingly using a variety of physical methods to study adsorption phenomena. Paramagnetic resonance is a method commonly used widely. The paramagnetic resonance method can sometimes give unique data on the state of the adsorbed molecules, the structure of the adsorption center, and the like. The first one using paramagnetic resonance to study the adsorption phenomenon found that the oxygen group was formed after the oxygen was adsorbed on the zinc oxide surface. The paramagnetic resonance method is further used in the article to confirm the existence of oxygen groups adsorbed on ZnO. The explanation for this group is that there is a bond with the surface or ionic bond force (in the latter case
