本文报告离子敏感场效应管(ISFET)的使用。文中比较了离子选择电极和离子敏感场效应管的工作机制,提出了一种较好的离子敏感场效应管使用电路,并确定了电路的工作条件,完成了以离子敏感场效应管为敏感元件的医学临床钾钠氯离子浓度测量仪器实验电路两种,一种采用以集成运算放大器为主的模拟电路,按“直接法”原理测量,另一种采用以TP-801单板计算机为主体的数字电路,按“加入法”原理测量。
