刘锡良,1956年3月出生于四川省自贡市。1978年至1985年就读于西南财经大学(原四川财经学院),先后获经济学学士、硕士和博士学位。现为享受国务院特殊津贴专家、教授、博士生导师。 1985年起执教于西南财经大学,曾任西南财经大学金融系主任,现任西南财经大学校长助理,教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地中国金融研究中心主任。兼任教育部经济学教学指导委员会委员,中国金融教材编审委员会主任,
Liu Xiliang, born in March 1956 in Zigong City, Sichuan Province. From 1978 to 1985, he studied at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (formerly Sichuan University of Finance and Economics) and received bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in economics.
