这次粮汕信贷工作会议,是在农发行改革与发展的关键时期,为适应粮食市场化改革,加强和完善粮油贷款营销与管理工作召开的一次非常重要的会议。会议的主耍任务是,贯彻落实全国分行行长会议精神,分析形势,统一思想,以科学发展观为指导,研究部署今年和今后一段时期的粮油信贷工作。总行党委非常重视这次会议,郑晖行长亲自主持行长办公会议审定会议文件及材料,并对会议提出了明确要求。下面,我讲几点意见。
