目的研究小花八角Illicium micranthum的化学成分。方法小花八角的枝叶提取物经醋酸乙酯萃取,余下水相经过反复的柱色谱分离、通过波谱分析确定化合物结构。结果分离得到了1个新化合物和9个已知的成分,分别是小花八角苷(1)、7-β-D-glucosyl pseudomajucin(2)、4,7,9-trihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan-9-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3)、icariside E3(4)、isolariciresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、芦丁(6)、杨梅树皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、山柰酚-8-C-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、莽草酸(10)。结论化合物1为新化合物,是首次从八角属植物中分离到的seco-prezizaane型降倍半萜类化合物;化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Illicium micranthum. Methods Extracts from leaves and leaves of Fagus tabulaeformis were extracted with ethyl acetate. The remaining aqueous phase was separated by repeated column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by spectral analysis. Results One new compound and nine known components were isolated and identified as floret (1), 7-β-D-glucosyl pseudomajucin (2), 4,7,9-trihydroxy- dimethoxy-8-O-4’-neolignan-9-O-α-Lhamnopyranoside (3), icariside E3 (4), isolariciresinol-3a- , Myricetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 → 6) (8), kaempferol-8-C-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranoside (9) . Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, which is the first seco-prezizaane-type sesquiterpene isolated from the genus of the genus Discoideae. Compounds 2 to 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
