中共泸州市委在1991年概括提出“自强、开拓、务实、奉献”的泸州精神已历经10余年的践行,泸州精神的内涵已经得到极大的丰富和拓展。今天再次提炼泸州人文精神,对于泸州这个发展中的城市而言,无疑将成为推动泸州社会经济发展强大而持久的内在动力。在对泸州精神文化的历史与现状进行深入考察分析的基础上,结合当今时代的要求和实践的需要,文章提出当代泸州人文精神的基本内涵是:坚韧自强、开放包容、重信尚义。

Based on the thorough investigation and analysis of the history and present conditions of Luzhou spiritual culture, combined with the requirements of today’s times and the needs of practice, the article proposes that the basic connotation of contemporary Luzhou’s humanistic spirit is: tenacity, self-reliance, open tolerance and trustworthiness.
