应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立梵净山千金子的指纹图谱,分析并优化梵净山千金子的提取方法、指纹图谱采集方法,得出该药材的最佳提取方法为乙醇超声提取,HPLC采集方法为:色谱柱为Amethyst C 18-P,柱温40℃,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为280 nm,以甲醇和0.1%冰醋酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱。
The fingerprint of Fanjingshan Qianjin was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The extraction method and fingerprinting method of Fanjingshan Qianjinzi were analyzed and optimized. The best extraction method of this material was ultrasonic extraction by ethanol, The HPLC method was as follows: the column was Amethyst C 18-P, the column temperature was 40 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, gradient elution was carried out with methanol and 0.1% aqueous glacial acetic acid.
