目的为完善我国药品广告的监督管理模式提出建议。方法介绍美国、澳大利亚、法国、德国等国在药品广告监管上的独特管理方式,拟借鉴其经验与优势来完善我国药品广告的监管。结果与结论建议我国药品广告管理部门间加强沟通和协作,建立责权一致、高效的药品广告监管体系,发展药品广告行业自律体系,对广告内容的管理进一步细化。
Objective To improve the supervision and management of drug advertising in China put forward suggestions. Methods The United States, Australia, France, Germany and other countries to introduce the unique management of drug advertising regulation, intended to learn from their experience and advantages to improve China’s drug advertising regulation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS It is suggested that drug advertising agencies in China should strengthen communication and collaboration and establish a supervisory system of drug advertising with consistent and efficient responsibility and responsibility. They should also develop a self-discipline system for drug advertising industry and further refine the management of advertisement content.
