瀑布沟电站水轮机转轮采用对称分瓣式结构,切割叶片数量多,焊接空间狭小,焊接量大,控制焊接变形难度大。本文从其结构特点、制造难点等方面进行分析,给出了工艺解决对策,并在工地圆满完成了转轮的组焊,为后续类似转轮工地组焊提供了经验。
The dam of Shuobugou Hydropower Station adopts a symmetrical split-valve structure, with a large number of cutting blades, a small welding space, and a large amount of welding, which makes it difficult to control the welding deformation.
