针对精密测试转台位置方式在大偏差下超调量大及条件稳定问题,提出变增益双回路控制方案,对其位置控制系统进行了分析和设计。仿真和实验表明,该方案能使转台实现快速、无超调精确定位。系统具有可靠性好、精度高等优点。
Aiming at the problem of large overshoot and stable condition of precision test turntable position method, a variable gain dual loop control scheme is proposed and its position control system is analyzed and designed. The simulation and experiment show that this scheme can make the turntable realize the fast, accurate positioning without overshooting. The system has the advantages of good reliability and high accuracy.
