目的:优选逍生散颗粒中白芍、五味子最佳提取工艺。方法:采用乙醇提取工艺,以白芍中芍药苷、五味子中五味子醇甲提取率以及浸膏得率作为评价指标,采用正交设计法考察乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间对提取结果的影响,最终确定最佳提取工艺。结果:白芍、五味子的最佳提取工艺为:采用10倍量60%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论:该提取工艺简便易行、稳定可靠,可为逍生散颗粒的工业化生产提供依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods: Ethanol extraction was used to evaluate the effects of ethanol concentration, amount of solvent and extraction time on the extraction results of paeoniflorin, Schisandrin Schisandra chinensis methanol extraction rate and extract yield as evaluation index, Ultimately determine the best extraction process. Results: The best extraction technology of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Schisandra chinensis was as follows: using 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol and refluxing twice for 2 hours. Conclusion: The extraction process is simple, stable and reliable, which can provide the basis for the industrial production of Xiao-Sheng-San granules.
