以24份玉米自交系为试验材料,在玉米萌发期通过PEG-6000(聚乙二醇-6000)模拟干旱胁迫的方法,以胚芽长与胚根长伤害率来评价萌发期的耐旱性,并且通过温室内不漏水塑料杯控制浇水的方法,以不同土壤相对含水量下苗高、茎粗和叶绿素含量的伤害率及复水后幼苗存活率来评价苗期的耐旱性。结果表明,在萌发期自交系齐318、丹599和K22具有较强的耐旱性;在苗期自交系丹599、SH15、旱21、K22、丹3130等具有较强的耐旱性。
Twenty-four maize inbred lines were used as experimental material to evaluate the drought tolerance of germination during the germination of maize by PEG-6000 (PEG-6000) simulated drought stress. , And through the method of watertight plastic cup in the greenhouse, the drought tolerance of seedling stage was evaluated by the damage rate of seedling height, stem diameter and chlorophyll content under different soil relative water content and seedling survival rate after rewatering. The results showed that inbred lines Qi 318, Dan 599 and K22 had strong drought tolerance at seed germination stage. In inbred lines Dan 599, SH15, Han 21, K22, Dan 3130 had stronger drought tolerance .
