50只2周龄纯种雌性Wistar大鼠随机等量分为5组,即空白对照组及第2、4、6、8周两大瓣腭裂修复手术组。应用定位X线投影测量技术,每隔2周测量1次实验动物上颌骨长、宽、高3个方向的生长发育状况并作比较。结果表明:(1)Wistar大鼠第2~8周有上颌长度的发育高峰,以第2~4周的生长最为迅速;第6~10周有宽度的发育高峰;(2)第2、4、6周的手术严重影响长度发育,且随着手术时间的提前发育障碍加重;(3)各手术组的动物上颌宽度发育亦受到明显影响,但各组间差异无显著性。提示腭裂修复时间是影响上颌发育的重要因素,发育高峰期及在此前的手术会严重影响上颌骨的生长。
Fifty two-week-old female Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups, blank control group and two major cleft palate repair operation groups at the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th weeks. The application of positioning X-ray projection measurement technology, once every two weeks to measure the experimental animal maxillary length, width and height growth and development in three directions and compared. The results showed that: (1) Wistar rats had maxillary length development peak from the second week to the eighth week, the fastest growth was from the second week to the fourth week, the developmental peak from the sixth week to the tenth week; (2) , 6 weeks of operation seriously affected the length of development, and with the advance of operation time, the developmental disorders aggravated; (3) The maxillofacial width of animals in each operation group was also significantly affected, but there was no significant difference between the groups. Tip cleft palate repair time is an important factor affecting the maxillary development, peak development and surgery in the previous will seriously affect the maxillary growth.
