时下,领导干部深入基层调查研究“只让看‘闪光点’”的事情,在一些地方和部门时有发生。这些地方,上级领导来“视察”工作的所经之处,大都是经过认真选择精心安排的好典型。更有甚者,还把一些貌似“闪光”的东西引荐给上级领导“观赏”,诸如华而不实的“形象工程”、沽名钓誉的“政绩工程”、急功近利的“半截工程”等等。而那些工作落后、问题较多的地方,则常常以种种手法加以掩饰,不让去看。 领导干部深入基层调查研究只让看“闪光点”的做
