公司治理模式是指一整套的治理公司交易关系的制度。这套制度决定了在企业众多的利益相关者中,由谁来控制企业、怎样控制,以及风险和收益如何在不同主体之间分配等。健全的公司治理模式对现代企业制度的建立具有十分重要的意义。
The corporate governance model is a set of systems governing the trading relationships of companies. The system determines who controls the business, how to control it, and how risks and benefits are distributed among different entities among the many stakeholders in the enterprise.
