大学生作为祖国未来的接班人,其法治信仰的提升显得尤为重要。随着当前信息技术的发展,外加互联网环境的影响,各种文化之间的冲击对大学生的法律素养构成了挑战,部分大学生出现了法律意识淡薄、素养技能较低的现象,加强法治教育成为当前改善大学生法律观念的主要途径。本文从大学法治教育现状入手,分析大学生法治教育中存在的问题,并且以此提出有效的解决途径,更好地提升大学生的法治观念意识。
