谷子是山西省长治市主栽传统作物之一,具有“沁洲黄”、“金谷子”和“檀山皇”等龙头品牌。谷子主要集中在武乡、沁源和沁县,平均年种植面积占全省的20%以上。本文基于当地谷子种植环境、地力条件,对机械化集程度低、深加工机具缺乏等问题进行调研、分析,着重提出了谷子生产机械化的应对措施及未来发展方向,以点代面为其他谷子生产基地提供参考。
Millet is one of the main traditional crops in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. It has such leading brands as “Qinzhou Yellow”, “Jinyugui” and “Dushanhuang”. Millet is mainly concentrated in Wuxiang, Qinyuan and Qinxian, the average annual acreage accounts for more than 20% of the province. Based on the local millet planting environment and geotechnical conditions, this paper investigates and analyzes the problems of low mechanization set and deep processing machinery, and puts forward the countermeasures of millet production mechanization and the future development direction. The point substitution surface is provided for other millet production bases reference.
