精子活动力测定是精液检查的重要部分。目前临床上常用的精子活动力的测定方法是通过显微镜观察来计算活动精子的百分率以及活动精子中前向运动精子的百分率。然而,这种方法主观性较强,误差也较大。为此,有必要寻找一种简单、实用而较为客观的测定活动力的方法。我们用显微镜下单次和多次曝光精子活动轨迹追踪摄片法;精子毛细管穿透法;精子活动速度试验等对76例有生育能力者和19例不育症患者进行了精子活动力的测定,从而对精子活动力客观测定的指标作了初步探讨。
Sperm motility determination is an important part of semen examination.
